Life brings seasons of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. Through compassionate one-on-one sessions, we help you process trauma, uncover the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be holding you back, and replace them with grounded strategies for healing and growth.

Staff Training & Consultation

Healing Grows Stronger in Community! Small groups offer a powerful space where people realize they are not alone in what they are carrying. In a supportive, guided group setting, participants are able to share, listen, reflect, and grow alongside others who are walking through similar seasons. These groups create connections, reduce isolation, and provide both emotional support and practical tools for healing.

Each group is facilitated with care, structure, and compassion, allowing members to explore their experiences at their own pace while building insight, confidence, and resilience.

Additional Information:
* Groups are $20 per person (sliding scale fee available)
* Insurance copay might be cheaper.
* There is a 5-person minimum. If groups do not meet the minimum, they will be cancelled.

Educational Seminars

Healing happens in the spaces between us. Family sessions foster understanding, rebuild communication, and strengthen bonds. We help parents and caregivers learn to respond, not just react, while guiding their children to express themselves respectfully and authentically. Individual counseling creates the foundation for productive family therapy sessions.

Three Eighteen recognizes that one method does not meet the needs of diverse populations. We acknowledge that everyone is different. Therefore, everyone learns and retains information differently. We use transparency to reach others on the continuum ranging from “fully engulfed in a situation that seems impossible” to “I just need a little push and to believe in myself.” Our animated speaking styles and interactive approaches will keep your audience on the edge of anticipation.
